1. A person that cares, with a desire to help others, willingness to understand what the client really needs and to look for the best solution in each situation;
2. Capable of understanding the specifics of educational products for business and how business systems function and develop;
3. Ready to work without instructions: to look for new solutions and initiate changes together with the team; reflect and go to the root causes of what is happening in customers' organizations.

Service and Operations Manager for Strategic Programs Office

A sensitive to the service details person who cares about the needs of the client; who is interested in how business, state and other social systems work; who accepts the challenge of constant self-development and striving for more

We do not conduct any "standard" interviews and screening of CVs. Alternatively, we offer to go through some interesting tasks and get to the final stage of selection – training in the program.
