"When we at kmbs speak about your role-based responsibilities, about strategies, we understand that this involves a proactive, designer, and creative approach. It is about creating a new game or new rules of the game – it is exactly what is characteristic of our School. Learning how to work using this approach may be more important than surviving another crisis. So, today you have decided to join our active community, and this proves that you have accepted this crisis, realized it internally and moved on. You have already started to create your own future but yet have not become a victim of the circumstances. And what is the next step, how to create anything new in such an uncertain environment is, in fact, what we need to figure out together. “Good luck, colleagues!” these words used Oleksandr Savruk to congratulate new participants of MBA programs.

On April 22, executives who made the decision to act proactively in the new environment and to create their own future joined kmbs community. They represent different fields of activity but still are united by a common purpose – the desire to learn to transform their thinking and, as a result, to transform their companies and even wider systems.

On the first day, the participants got acquainted with each other, with the School team and were immersed in the philosophy and values of the Mohyla community. After that, they had an informal communication in the best kmbs traditions.

The launch of Virtual Live MBA programs is a unique phenomenon both for executives and the School. Throughout this journey, we will encounter both achievements and mistakes. No wonder they say in Kyiv-Mohyla Academy: “Not only you choose the Mohyla, but the Mohyla also chooses you!”
